Gulf State Home Inspections

I have used Gulf State for three home inspections over the years. I really like their ability to flex, especially when a closing schedule becomes unbalanced. They are also thorough in going through items to ensure the inspection provides a comprehensive understanding of a home's state.

I would recommend this company to anyone, they were prompt and communication was outstanding. The guy who came to my home to do the inspection was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and not to mention, He was a hoot. He even helped me out with advice because my lawnmower would not start as he saw me toiling with it.

I would highly recommend Gulf State Home Inspections. From my initial contact with Jennie Thompson to the completion of the inspection by Patrick McGraw it was a great experience. The level of kindness and professionalism was impressive.
