Liked their template guidance, but very disappointed in their research information for $357 that they claimed could be "dropped into the Business Plan". When I discovered that most of their information provided in this report was already dated information that was 2-3 years old, if I did what they said, my Business Plan would be trashed as it would be clear I am not in touch with today. I emailed them with my concerns, and despite their appearance they care, they never bothered to write me back. Sorry Growthink, but you can do everything right but when combined with poor customer follow-thru, it turns a great product into something that is mediocre.Report
