We ordered a Maverick that took 6 months to build and arrive at the dealership. We were never told of a 72 hour holding period, and they sold the truck to someone else from underneath us.

We spoke to a salesman throughout the 6 month period multiple times, so it was clear that we were serious buyers. A different salesman, Sean, called us on a Thursday afternoon, and said it was fine to come in on Saturday. We came to look at truck and asked if it was okay to come back on Monday morning (closed on Sunday). He said that was fine and truck will still be there. We came back Monday morning and we were told that it was sold Saturday evening after we left due to the 72 hour hold period elapsing. However, that still seems like it was sold before our 72 hours was up (even though we were NEVER told about the 72 hour hold).

The management sold us a Ranger at a discount to try to make up for the mistake, but the cost of the Ranger came nowhere close to the price point of the Maverick. And there were no other AWD Mavericks available any time soon.

I do not recommend doing business at this dealership.

BEWARE! Groove FORD AND ITS MANAGEMENT ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS! I am voicing my concerns to everyone about this company. Groove Ford located at 10039 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, CO 80112 sold our family a brand new Ford F150 that unfortunately broke down and left us stranded on the side of the highway. I had to find a way to work and let them pick up the truck later that day. Long story short there is something severely wrong with the truck even though it was brand new. My major concern is that they do not want to tell me everything that is wrong with the truck. They say we will just get you a new motor and transmission and you just keep the truck. Meanwhile I have concerns that I don't know every issue that may be involved. They do not think that that is rightful information to give me. I do not trust them I do not trust that particular truck that they sold me as I do not know what the situation is with that truck. Now here's the biggest problem. When you call and ask for the GM, he passes you to another manager and then on the next day another manager and then on the next day another manager etc. I have spoke to eight managers but he refuses to speak to our family about this truck. This is an ongoing issue we have to continue to deal with. This has gone on for over a month and at this time we have to get legal involved. The only reason that I am voicing my opinion is because I do not want it to happen to you. You have many choices in the vehicles you buy as well as the dealerships that you use. Please choose wisely.

Originally reserved my Bronco here when it was announced in 2020.

Initially I received communication via email and text. Months later, with the estimated release date approaching I reached out to get more information. Multiple emails/texts with no response. I had to reach out directly to the sales manager Adam, who did get back to me but forward me to a sales rep who just sent me a link to the Ford website. Well no duh I've been there I ordered the truck there - get me some information on specs/accessories/estimated dates/etc... I had to scour the internet for a vehicle catalog that they were selling!

Every time I asked for pricing information, crickets... These guys know not to answer any questions on pricing until your vehicle arrives and then they can charge you $10k over the MSRP they 'verbally' agreed to but won't write in print or email.

The final straw was seeing the GM Bryan (who does the Google responses here) post some ridiculous and hateful things to others on a public Facebook page about the Bronco and individual users.

That is the main reason you lost my business. No morals or ethics just your typical shady car salesmen looking to rip people off.

Do yourselves a favor and a support business that actually care about their customers who spend their hard earned money. Castle Rock Ford right down I25 is a much better place to do business.

Response to their response: Maybe you need a better CRM if you can't find my information or any record of me. I have emails with Adam, Sean, and Samantha. Reservation date 8/8/2020.

I have no personal vendetta against Groove, I'm just an educated buyer who doesn't like to play games and likes to support businesses that treat people right. You know damn well what incident I'm talking about and if you care to disagree I'll post screen shots of the interaction...

Lastly, right now you are claiming MSRP but I tried for months to get something in writing from ANYONE there and crickets from you and your team...

Elan, I apologize for your experience with ordering your Bronco. But I can tell you that we sell our Broncos at MSRP to the customers that have an order. We do not mark them up 10k that is bad business. If we have a customer that decides not to purchase their order we do have a market adjustment on them just like every other dealership in the United States. I have never spoken to you and have no record of you even having an order with us? I have not posted hateful things on Facebook. Called for an estimate for a heater core for my 2002 Ford F250 Superduty and was transferred to a person who was on vacation for the holiday week with no option to return to previous call center representative. Called a second time and was again transferred to the same person that was on an extended vacation after I advised the person of their mistake on previous conversation. Called back a third time and was very pointed in my displeasure in being transferred to service advisors on vacation. Left a message for a service advisor and have not received a call back as of yet. It has now been six days since I left a message. Terrible customer service and unresponsive to customers needs. I've had repairs completed on my truck at this center before but will not return or referr anyone to this dealership.

Dual military- Came in from the springs to look at a truck, was told the guy left and said no so we headed up. Manager and salesman were on board- guy came back and changed his mind, even though we were on the way to buy, they turned around and sold it to the gentlemen. We were even told that's not how business is done, but the GM made the decision to blow us off for a quicker sale. Nice guy. Salesman is awesome though, would go back to him.

Elizabeth, I apologize for what happened with your truck purchase. I can honestly tell you I was not in the store that weekend after Thanksgiving. I would be more than happy to compensate you for driving up here and finding out the truck was sold. I will review with my management team and make sure that this does not happen again. My husband and I went in just to look but they happened to have the truck I've been waiting for. Jon was a great salesman, genuine and no pressure. Christian was a great sales manager and worked very hard to get us into the truck for what we could afford. Oscar was our finance guy and we just loved talking with him. On the business side, Oscar was easy to understand, nothing was confusing at all, nothing seemed shady, he clearly explained all "extras" and how much they would add to our payment. This is our 3rd purchase from Groove Ford and we still trust them!
