Gresham Subaru

We had a wonderful experience with Nathan for our encore delivery. And Tracey made sure to stop by to say hello and give me a big hug. Everyone we saw was very happy for us and have made this an amazing experience. Also, when I dropped my car off to have the the Xpel paint protection applied I was treated so well by the service techs.

Walked in to see a car we saw online. We were "helped" by David moose. We told him what we expected to pay and had a trade in. After test driving a car we like then we started talking numbers. My husband and I spoke with kindness and respect. I was firm on what i expect, and wanted. After three attempts at selling us a car we didn't even ask for and a "deal" that was 10k over the cars value. We said no at which he stormed off to the front next to his coworkers where he proceeded to snicker and make remarks right in front of us. I've worked with multiple big dealerships in the past five years. I've never seen someone be so blatantly disrespectful and be backed by his managers. I wouldn't trust them with your car or giving you a fare deal on one.

Buying our new Subaru Solterra from Gresham Subaru was a great experience. We worked with Jacob who made the transition smooth and seamless. Best car buying experience ever!

Recently bought a 2025 outback wilderness. Marco was the salesman. He did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and has continued checking up on me and how I like the vehicle.

I bought a new Subaru Forester Touring SUV. The dealer made it straight forward to purchase and offered what I thought was a fair trade-in on my old vehicle. They did not give the go around but fulfilled everything they said they would do.

Mike was an excellent salesman to work with and along with Teona for getting my girlfriend into a position to buy the car and helped us with advice and all for it. Thank you again!

I came in this morning for service on my 24 crosstrek was treated great by Spencer customer service is top notch i will be back I usually go to Wilsonville subaru but looking forward to making gresham my go to after my visit today he even wished me happy birthday thank you Spencer great job and customer service ????????

Not only was I not planning to buy a car that day I stopped in to just see a car I had in mind but I wasn’t prepared to leave with a new car. But the great customer service, understanding, listening ear and patience that both Allison and Cassidy provided changed my mind. And I am glad they did because I am starting to Enjoy and Love my New Subaru. Have lots of adventures and road trips plan in my near future.
