I reached out to Gresham Toyota online and received a call back in less than 15 minutes, on a Sunday! I'm located about 2,500 miles from this dealership but have been having such a hard time locating the vehicle I want, when I saw something available I had to jump! Tony Gatto offered to pick me up at the airport but even better, helped me locate my exact vehicle at a Toyota dealership closer to where I live. That is true customer service. Thank you Tony!!

I purchased a used F150 from Gresham Toyota. Nick Bernal was a pleasure to work with. They offered me a fair value for my trade, and the process was very smooth. My family chooses to drive an hour to come have our vehicles serviced here but last time I went one of the salesmen would not stop trying to sell me a car. He was so pushy and every time I said no it just made him push more. I was only there to keep my mom company while her new car was serviced. It was honestly embarrassing

So I decided to sell my vehicle to Gresham Toyota (didn't want to deal with private party). First I'm told "hey man we'll get this pay off sent off to your credit union and you'll be on your way with a check for the equity!" Plot twist #1- I finish signing everything and they hand me my registration and a copy of the documents with no check (just stare at me). I ask, "what about the equity I had in this vehicle?" Plot twist #2 Response "hey man it's cool relax no worries you'll get paid, we have to send the payoff to the credit union, once they send the title back we will mail you a check" I call the next day to try and get a better of understanding (Friday) when they will get the payoff sent to my CU, plot twist #3 "hey man yea we typically get those pay off checks mailed out on mondays" plot twist #4- I call today (Wednesday) to confirm the pay off has been sent "sorry sir it's hung up in our corporate office, check back next week again" I can respect the process but don't flat out lie to someone about how it works just to get a deal done. Ironically I actually had the deal fall through on the vehicle I was going to purchase, but I will make sure to never do business with Gresham Toyota or a Swickard Auto group dealership again.
