I think its crazy that i should have to pay $10 for a pin# to take to locksmith to have new key and ignition. If the title is in my name and I on it I shouldn't have to pay to get a 4-Digit pin

Kyle our salesman was great, funny willing to work around our schedule and zero pressure. The price for the truck was also a fair price. What was really inappropriate the financial person. He offered us $5,000 less than the RAM website quoted us for our trade in. When I asked why, he said the CARFAX showed a major accident with extreme damage to the front end. Since we had never had an accident in the car and checked it before we bought it I asked to see the report. When he brought it to me the report showed a minor incident to the front left fender. He said he must have confused mine with another customers…. I told him what the website quoted me and he didn't believe me. "They would never offer that much" he said. Then he asked if I had email confirmation of the offer. Not knowing I needed to bring proof of an offer from Dodge, I said I wasn't sure. Then I looked through my deleted emails and found it. When I showed it to him he said he didn't understand why they would do that and I couldn't expect that for a trade in. Then out of nowhere he said that the "frame didn't line up", which is completely untrue and slightly ridiculous. When I said that his offer was too low he said "he'd see what he could do". Then came back with not a conversation or offer but just another already printed up breakdown, offering me $750 more for my trade in. He didn't mention it, just started to try to get me to pick a rate and sign. If Kyle hadn't been so good to work with, I would have left right then. It absolutely ruined the whole process and I doubt I'll ever recommend this dealership, if I do I will definitely warn them of the 1960's pressure tactics by the financial department.

Just got a used 2016 fiat. Worked with Kyle who was super helpful and was able to get me a great deal. Much happier here already then at Kia.

Used vehicle buyer beware! My son recently purchased a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Gresham Chrysler and people there are very friendly and helpful. The vehicle is a used vehicle and I understand that not all will be perfect. This particular vehicle had the 'Used Vehicle Inspection Sheet' completely filled out and all indicated as "Checked and OK". This was not the case. After driving the 70 miles back home the vehicle developed an oil leak. This is putting it mildly, because it was at less than half of capacity. We put 3 quarts in and the engine only has a 5.5 quart capacity. We were able to diagnose the leak as a loose oil pressure sensor. When I say loose it was less than hand tight as I was able to remove it with 2 fingers. Removing and replacing this sensor at the correct torque has solved the oil leak, but this could have caused a major issue if not caught. I'm not sure how it wasn't caught during the dealerships 'Vehicle Inpsection'. The second confusing thing when going through the vehicle was that the windshield washer fluid was almost empty. This was an easy fix, just fill it up and we will be good. Nope! The fluid immediately came out of the lower portion of the reservoir. I'm not sure how 'Fluid Level Washer' could be checked and OK. This ended up being a cracked reservoir that I have yet to replace. I am not asking Gresham Chrysler to pay or fix any of these items, but I am wanting to warn potential customers to do a thorough inspection of any used vehicle. Just because there is a posted 'Vehicle Inspection' with all green checked boxes does not mean that you can bypass any diligence inspecting the vehicle on your own. We did crawl under the vehicle with a flashlight and then test drove the vehicle, but we should have done this in the daylight hours and taken more time to do a more thorough inspection.

Katie and Dan are my heros. I was driving my 2500 back to my home in Anchorage with not a lot of time to spare and my check engine light came on. Greshman, thankfully was on my way and i pulled in. Even tho those guys like everyone are slammed with work, Katie the svc manager patiently listed to my story, did a bit of diagnostics, involved Dan the service tech and they quickly determined it was due to a simple bad connection to an O2 sensor, which was fixed! My heartfelt thanks to you both for such quick work!! In Seattle now and pushing into Canada tommorrow on schedule! Merry Christmas all!

I had an appointment to get new tires. After 2 1/2 hrs of waiting. They told me they ordered the wrong tire size and had to come back next day. The price I was given when I asked for the quote at the beginning was for different size tires. They were So unprofessional. The lady at the desk was nice though.
