I made an appointment at 3:00 and waited patiently to get my car inspected! At 5:30 I checked to see what the problem was as my car had not moved. They forgot me! Needless to say it was almost a 3 hour visit for a 5 minute inspection.

Service has gotten slower and slower over the years. Waiting hours for simple services even with an appointment is ridiculous. I may have to pay for it but I can get better service at a Quick Lube and be out in 15 to 20 minutes and know everything was actually done.
