Absolutely love their aquametrix filter for my city water for my Berkey! I despise berkey’s filter due to the “priming” they require. Greenfield’s gravity filters make the water taste delicious, easy to use, and I love that they are replaced annually. 10/10 recommend.

Poor customer service. Received a broken product. It has been a month with no resolve as the support person either does not respond and I have to send “follow up” emails, or they frequently get me confused with other customers (leaving me to assume this is a common issue).

Edit to add: thank you for apologizing. However, we were not offered or issued a refund (nor did we expect one), that email was the first time the customer service personnel seemingly got us confused with another customer. Your support person did offer a replacement option, but was unresponsive and never followed through with that promise until I gave up on communication and left a negative review. I also called and left a voicemail on your company number that I never got a reply to before defaulting to a negative review.

Zach is absolutely amazing! This company really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond. Zach spends so much time educating and answering my questions. I have never seen a such great service and quick responses. I am so grateful for all their help and was incredibly impressed. Thank you Zach and Gary!

Greenfield Water Solutions sells some very high quality water filters. Their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them for your water filtration needs!

We bought the handheld vortexor and a pack of three harmonizers. We have good well water but have noticed a difference in our water since we started using these devices. I had my family do a blind taste test just to make sure it wasn't placebo, but they all said that the water that was treated tasted better. Since I drink at least 1.5ga per day, I noticed that the water doesn't seem to upset my belly or make me feel bloated. Regarding just the harmonizers, I have one by my water line, one in the fridge and we have been sleeping with one. My sleep score has went up according to my fitbit when I have the harmonizer next to me. I typically wake up 3-4 times per night but have not since using the product. I will continue to test and report back if anything changes.
