We then estimate the amount and types of material that would ultimately result in the highest level of energy reduction and overall comfort within the home. Afterwards, we advise each client and explain each program/incentive that he/she is eligible for. GHL professionals are extremely well versed in each program and incentive that exists and although this is the most complicated part of the process, we believe that it is by far the most important. Lastly, GHL will deliver the highest standard of project management and installation of energy saving measures and/or equipment. Although we have the ability to make a home Net Zero with the right budget, we always strive to get the most out of your budget as possible. On a daily basis, Utility Providers and state agencies are revising, improving and developing new incentive-based programs for residential and commercial properties. Navigating and packaging these incentives can be overwhelming and professional assistance may be required simply to get a project off the ground.
