From day one my Loan Officer Kevin Oto has gone above and beyond in every aspect of his job. Kevin provided me and my family absolutely amazing stellar customer service. Kevin is able to put him self in the shoes of the customer ( me) and understand how new the whole home buying and mortgage process was. Kevin was able to walk me through this entire process from start to finish. He gave me the impression that he was treating me like family. Kevin explained everything to me in detail and was always there to answer any question I had. Kevin's office staff and co-workers were also exceptionally helpful and polite.
