Set up an appointment for an oil change/first service 3 weeks prior to the appointment date. The day of my appointment, I get a phone call 6hrs beforehand that they don't service that vehicle because it's too new and couldn't obtain the correct filter. Not sure how a "top rated" dealership couldn't manage to tell me that anytime before the day of my appointment, or just not scheduled me in the first place.Report
