Hello, recently I brought my GMC Sierra Denali and Buick LaCrosse in for service at Green Buick GMC. Jason Ortiz was my service advisor for both vehicles. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for 30 years and am very familiar with automotive diagnosis and repair. I would like to specifically call out Jason for his superior customer service and communication skills. Dealing with the public in a service industry is not easy. Jason consistently communicated clearly and effectively over the course of three days while my vehicles were in for service. At no time was I unsure as to the status and completion of repairs. At Green Buick GMC, Jason will be my preferred service advisor. Jason is one of the best Service Advisors I’ve ever worked with and is an asset to the team at Green Buick GMC.
