I recently bought a car from grayson the car saleman name robert didn't tell the car was 800 less than what we paid for the car. The car was lifted on the internet for 6200. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone because there was alot of hidden fees that was included in the price. This was very disappointing talking to the saleman about the internet price he just talked about the features of the car.

This is the third negative experience I have had with Grayson in only about 5 visits. The first, I was without my car for over 2 months when I needed a new transmission at only 14,000 miles. I was forced to rent a car out of pocket for that time period which they promised would be reimbursed. When the work was finally finished corporate tried to tell me they would not pay for sales tax on the rental (over $200). I had to fight with them over the phone, submit a letter, and finally they said they would extend a “goodwill” (like they were doing me a favor) payment to cover the tax. I should not have had to pay anything out of pocket for a transmission that failed after only 14K miles.

This time, I took the car in to check for a vibration that they said they had fixed on my last visit. It was not. I was also due for an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep asked if they could keep my car for the week and since I was going out of town in a different car, I agreed. This was Tuesday 7:30am. Thursday was Thanksgiving, I obviously didn’t expect anything to happen as they were closed. I called at the end of the day on Friday (third working day they had my car) because I had heard nothing yet and my service rep had “just left for the day.” The gentleman I talked to said he would make sure I got an update the next day (Saturday). Saturday came and went with no update, this was no surprise based on my previous transmission experience that I had to call incessantly to try and get any updates at two week intervals. You call, get put on hold, and then hung up on. Lather, rinse, repeat. Anyway, I called back on Monday and after waiting on hold for my service advisor (apparently they are the only one in the building who can answer anything about your car) and was told that my car hadn’t even been looked at for the entire week they had it in their possession. No oil change, tire rotation, or investigation into the vibration. It had just sat there. I informed the service advisor that I would not be able to let them keep my car any longer as I need it to get to work, kids to school/activities, errands, etc. The service advisor called back after about 30 minutes and asked if I would like for them to at least perform the oil change and tire rotation and I agreed. I informed him I would need to pick up my car early at 7:00am when they opened and he said it would be fine. When my wife dropped me off at 7:10 the next morning there was no Hyundai service advisor in the building yet to help me, so I waited. Finally at 7:30 a Subaru service advisor offered to help me but was unsure of pricing since the two brands are on different systems and pricings. He tried his best but it took a little while. Finally at 7:45 I was finished and able to leave. There was still no Hyundai advisor who had arrived to work yet. If there was, they did not offer to help the Subaru advisor who was helping me, my original service advisor certainly was not present. You know the saying, burn me once, shame on me, burn me thrice, never again. I had gotten 3 free oil changes with the purchase of the car, which were decent services, everything else has been terrible. Stay away.

I found the best car salesman; no joke. Terran became a friend in a matter of hours. I felt honesty. I felt empathy, for two seniors trying to navigate buying a new car, after 11 years. I felt caring, when we left the showroom at night. He was concerned with our route home, set up my navigation system to the easiest route. He played traffic cop, in the middle of the side street to help us exit. He listened to what I wanted, found the car suited to my wants and needs. He also got us the best deal. Thank you for a great adventure.

If you are looking to pay cash, or for transparent pricing practices, I strongly suggest another dealership.

Informed up front, looking to pay cash. Salesperson Chris King + finance manager work up an offer, with 2000.00 “rebate” on price. But only if financing. Then a detailed explanation of how quickly you can pay off the loan.

Normal bait and switch, I guess, but a new flavor.

Also, 250.00 “theft coverage”, 299.00 “key benefits”.

I’m very accustomed to dealer junk fees but this is some of the most I’ve seen. I would try other Hyundai dealers.

We had a great experience. Sebastian and Zach were easy to work with and not pushy.

Oil change service was about 40 minutes. Waiting room could use some snacks. People are friendly.

If I could put a Zero on the service department for this rating I absolutely would! I had my Hyundai taken there about two to three weeks ago for relay and the service department informed us that they needed a part and in which case we advised them that they were incorrect. They charged us for the part and then proceeded to dodge our calls and or even return them… two weeks later, after being told the part hadn’t come in yet, when we were promised it would be in two days earlier, we show up in person just to find out that the part has been there all along. Fast forward to the next day after being promised that it would be ready this day, comes to find out that they’ve realized that they ordered the wrong part, like we had originally informed them of prior to and had charged us for, so here we are again waiting on the service department to fix there mistakes just to be charged for labor and me not have had my car in almost over a month since it’s been at Grayson… To say disappointed, and unimpressed is the least, do not get your car serviced here!
