Josh was very helpful at finding us something after we didn't like the original vehicle we went for. Then did a great job of dealing with my offered to get us in a vehicle for my son. Definitely recommend!

Grayson was a seamless experience. My salesman, Carson was wonderful to work with and not high-pressure. He knew the cars features in and out and was extremely easy to work with. Other luxury dealerships in town did not negotiate deals nearly this aggressive. I recommend Grayson BMW!

An Exceptional Experience at Grayson BMW!!!

On November 27th, my boyfriend and I, who both work at BMW dealerships in Pennsylvania, inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 BMW X3 at BMW North Scottsdale in Arizona. After receiving a disappointing and disrespectful experience at BMW North Scottsdale , we decided to take our business elsewhere. That’s when we found another 2022 BMW X3 at Grayson BMW—and from the moment we connected with them, the difference was night and day.

While still in Arizona, we called Grayson BMW to check if the X3 was available. We spoke with Josh, who was incredibly respectful, empathetic, and understanding as we shared the experience we had at BMW North Scottsdale. He confirmed the vehicle was available, immediately sent photos and detailed information, and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we chose to fly into Knoxville!

We decided to drive to Knoxville, TN, and trade in my current BMW for the X3. Throughout the process, Josh was flexible, accommodating, and committed to ensuring we had a great experience. On the drive, I noticed a 2024 BMW X3 M40i that had just been traded in. Even though we had initially planned to purchase the 2022 X3, Josh took the time to walk us through both options thoroughly.

At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. Josh gave us his undivided attention, and after deciding on the X3 M40i, he worked with his sales manager to secure an incredible deal for us. The level of professionalism, kindness, and transparency Josh and the team at Grayson BMW demonstrated was beyond exceptional!
