Grand Patios

Had the team at Grand Patios over for the 2nd time, this time to do a carport and front porch.
As with last time their professionalism was outstanding.
Nathan done a great job with the on-site work.
Daniel was very helpful with the quote and design.
Heather in the office was very efficient.
The owner, (sorry forgot your name), sorted out everything wonderfully.
5star again highly recommend. Sorry I couldn’t leave another review and had to edit my original.

Highly recommend the team at Grand Patios. From initial communication and quote from Daniel, to final measurements from John, both were really helpful and professional. Thank you to Catherine at the desk who organised council approval and all other queries very efficiently. Then a big thumbs up to Lewis who was the installer, whom did an amazing job, was very friendly, approachable and professional. Love my new patio.

Grand Patios were amazing to deal with from start to finish, we were delayed with the build of our new home which further delayed them with the erection of our new patio. They were very understanding and their communication was exemplary. Heather was very easy to deal with and very understanding and Gino our patio builder was an absolute gentleman and took the time to explain everything about the build. We couldn't be happier with the whole build process. Thank you Grand Patios and a huge shout out to Heather and Gino for their outstanding customer service. We will be highly recommending Grand Patios to our friends and family.

We got Grand patio done a few patios etc been very happy but not this time . Waited almost a year to get the materials . We been in contact with them a few times , paid the money n they don't tell us they received it till we ask them if they received it then u get the answer yes they did . U ask them other questions n don't answer. First lot was delivered on 13th Jan the other on 16th Jan been asking them with a few emails when they r coming to install it but no answer yet . Just ignoring us I say . I wouldn't be surprise if the material get stolen what gonna happen then . They maybe busy but at least they could let us know what going on . Cost $24650. All we owe is $1500. They have no consideration of others as long as they got their money . We would not recommend u . If u answer ur emails would make a big different . Not very happy customers

Thanks Grand Patios, we are very happy with our new patio. From our first contact with Grand Patios, through to the contractors who came out to install on the day, the service was excellent. Yes, there were delays with COVID, with the council taking some time and with our strata approvals process, but each stage was managed by Grand with good communication maintained throughout. The patio has now weathered a couple of good storms without leaks or issue. We would certainly recommend Grand Patios to friends and family. Rebekah and Damian.

First little bit of rain and found out the integrity and quality of the build means water pours out near the back door. Hopefully this rating will provide some motivation for the company to fix this issue. I have emailed photos directly

Disappointed by the length of time it took to build and the communication post sale. Initially told 4 months and it took 8months.

Very impressed with Grand Patios, service, products and communication. From the first contact with Daniel, who took the time to listen to us, to the communication with office staff, measurement guys and to the awesome guys putting our carport/patio up. The installation of our patio took much longer than expected due to difficulty with supply but the poor communication added to the delay. We regularly had to request for feedback and updates including prompts with contacting Council. One of the two installers was hostile, he said we asked too many questions and as it turned out we were right to ask as the material we thought we had signed up for was wrong. To be fair the other installer tried to compensate his co-worker and was very friendly. I did not feel customer satisfaction was the company's focus after the contract was signed. The patio completion was not to our satisfaction but we decided not to follow up on it as it has taken over 12mths already and we just want to complete our renovation.

Actual patio that was built was good - the gates are poorly built.
They dropped within the 1st year of installation causing them to severely rub when opening/closing. When i emailed to ask if they can be looked at and after nearly a month of follow up emails - they eventually told me to fix myself at my expense! Wouldn’t recommend!
