Grand Park: City Hall

Didnt stay there, just review about their high tea and Charcuterie set! Had the sets delivered to our house! Service was on point and the food actually exceeded our expectations! It was really good! Special thanks to Mr. Gibson :)

Was serving Quarantine order in this hotel from 24 July. Today hotel did not deliver our daily lunch to our room and we called an hour later and receptionist answer was "why didn't you call earlier". Based on the letter, when food was delivered, hotel staff will bring my door bell. I had been taken 5 meals and each meals delivered I will need to personally check if foods is already delivered or not yet.

Receptionist answers was really disappointed. If you will in the room and no food was delivered to you and someone spoken to you in this way. How would you feel ?

Lovely place, had a great staycay with my friends. The room was very aesthetic and great for photos as well!

Terrible service. Cheap hotel. Renegades.. which last minute cancelled out on my booking and relegated me to their farrer park associates which they also cancelled out.
It is used as a quarantine centre for covid19 this may2021. Avoid at costs and buyer beware.Better to stay at other hotels onwards. Why would people even accept their offer to stay after they finish their status as quarantine centre? Good luck
