Scam artist True story- I was warned by one of the residents that had been living there for a while to not pay our trailer off unless we plan on moving it out right away cuz "Lisa" the manager will start giving you fines for everything under the sun until she makes you go broke and you start having problems paying your lot rent and then she will evict you and take your trailer back and resell it. This is how they are able to make the improvements around the park. I thought this was a little far fetched and sounded illegal but I'm here to tell you that that is exactly what Lisa Novotny did and on top of that she gets off on paying someone to dispose of all your belongings instead of allowing you to come get your stuff for free. I would have had all of my stuff out of the trailer if Lisa Novotny wouldn't have reassured me she would let me come and get all of my stuff after the eviction, which of course she did not honor. I guess that is what she gets off on kicking people down when they are already
