Amazing service Parts department was amazing Michael went above and beyond to get me the right part. Took the time to make sure what I was looking for was correct and even helped me on price to make it affordable for my budget. He always provides excellent customer service even when it’s something he can’t help with he sends me to someone who can.

I would give them 0 stars if it was possible at this point. For 5 months they made me jump through hoops to sell them my car under Subaru's Guaranteed Buy Back Program and every single time they have come with a minor line or mark on the power of attorney form (directly from the State of Colorado website) that they questioned and therefore would not accept. This last trip in I was denied the sale because they literally just did not understand what the vehicle Power of Attorney form means. At this point, most of the staff recognizes me and I have been nothing but cordial and kind but I am beginning to think that either they are criminally uneducated in car sales paperwork within the state of Colorado (unlikely) or they are intentionally not buying back vehicles that Subaru guarantees will be bought back. Either way, it represents a style of doing business that they should be utterly embarrassed by.

Grand Junction Subaru service Dept is great too. Clean, Friendly. Efficient . Had a great experience there today with my maintenance service. Awesome !

First time Subaru owner and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Lyle, Andrew, John, Lisa, and the rest of the crew were amazing. Couldn’t recommend buying here enough.

Website makes it easy to schedule an appointment. Check-in was quick and efficient. 6k service was completed in 30 minutes. Waiting area was excellent. This company understands customer service.
