I wish I could put a zero they won't answer questions keep sending me in circles but I can't keep this job without a license they don't care about the customer they got people who just collect a check but don't help.....but I would be wrong to sue.....this crap has my life at a hault while moving can t get a uhaul

The Caucasian guy that “helped me” was rude there was a guy in front of me that he helped I couldn’t hear any of their conversation but when I went to his counter nothing that he had to tell me wasn’t said low at all. I think most people get these type of jobs to discriminate .

This system is bs ! A trash. any way to break you they will. Can’t even get a valid license to look for work.how do they expect you to pay if u can’t drive or work ? Trump needs to terminate the whole damn child support system.

Five stars to Sharam (apologies if I’m misspelling the name) at the Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Program Office #300. My ex-husband and I had several questions and ended up coming back multiple times in the same day. Sharam was incredibly helpful each time, always welcoming us with a big smile and offering the best service possible. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness truly made a difference. Thank you!

Es horrible el servicio, eldisyema pone child support por errores y cuando va la persona a reclamar te dicen que fue un error y que lo van a resolver y es mentira. Pasa un mes y sigue un caso abierto absurdo que nunca se ha presentado y si llamas a las oficinas de miami pues el trato es horrible como si uno fuera un criminal. Esta administración de Donald Trump tiene que llevar a cabo una investigacion y hacer limpieza de empleados y supervisores incapaces y pocos profesionales.

I have 2 small children with disabilities & I'm unemployed because, I take care of them 24/7, day & night, withoutany break. Their father paying child support & they held on to that money.

I never received any payment. Every time I called in, different things the agents telling me...
I don't understand why they keeping the payment that was made by their father.

Child support I need my money. I'm unemployed, I don't get SSID or cash assistant for my kids. These kids need pampers & food every single day

KARLENE who works for their chat customer support is the absolute WORST! Literally ended the chat session because I used too many exclamation points, because I am beyond annoyed with the incompetence of ALL OF THE REPRESENTATIVES.

They hang up in your face tell you different things every time. Does program cost money makes it where you can't afford. To pay your child support due to spending your license jail time time just trying to get ahold of somebody time is money I've been working on trying to straighten this out for a month having people hang up on me not telling me the same thing different different story every time no repercussions I don't know if its lack of training or what but this organization is this pier out ridiculous I have yet talked to one male looking at the reviews looks pretty biased to me something needs to be done with this program totally redone where it does not take from the children that it is meant to help with because the money it cost an individual to pay for their mistake takes from the money that could be going to the children this program is ridiculous if anything I see it is a hindrance a nuisance for parents who are actually paying their child support I understand why the program exists but also understand this program is poorly ran when a person gets told several different things by each individual they talk to trying to straighten out something that should have not been done in the first place I complied the first time totally actually pay doubled what they asked and they still suspended my license which led to other hindrances also did not inform me Nor did the DMV now it's I'm not getting my mail but I get my mail from everybody else I find this strange DMV says child support child support says DMV another saying you're not getting your mail contact your mail office why don't somebody take responsibility for their actions why is there no repercussions for the lives that they falsely destroy

I hope they shut this joke down.. they say they are not able to locate the mother..I tell them she incarcerated for 30 day charge and they fail to serve here where she can be found..in jail..needless to say I'm still waiting for them to find her..was told by one of the lady's she said some people are harder to fined..my answer I told you where she was and you got to try first..my kids will be grown by they time these jokes do anything.
