Gossip Nails

Got my nails done Monday today is Friday and my nail is broken shellac is chipped…mind you I paid like 110$ for nails and pedi I called to ask if I could go in to get the problem fixed and the girl who answers the phone is the rudest person ever just the way she spoke to me no professionalism at all what so ever! She goes on to tell me a week has passed and that even then I had to pay more money to get shellac fixed and more money to fix the broken nail! FIRST TIME HERE AND NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK SPECIALLY CAUSE OF THE RUDE GIRL WHO ANSWERS PHONE! I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH GIRL WHO DID MY NAILS IM SURE SHE COULDV FIXED PROBLEM BUT I WASNT GONNA PAY MORE!!

Hi isela, we apologize for the inconvenience we have a 3 day warranty for our work. It's stated on every recipe. The best way is to go in the salon and speak to one of our managers .we know that accidents happen we again we apologize for any inconvenience.

The best place I've been to hands down. Super clean place, very friendly staff, very fair prices for the work they do. Highly highly recommend Sahvanna. She's so nice and is very detail oriented with your nails. I would give this place more stars if I could, I will definitely be going back.

Savanah is amazing and very creative. Sweet professional and easy to talk too. I will be coming again. She created my nails. Lori is working in my pedi and she is fantastic. Gossip is amazing!!

I got my nails done today by Sahvanna and I'm in love. She never disappoints! I highly recommend for unique nail art and acrylics.

I do not recommend Sahvanna Lopez. I knew something was not right when she barely used the tool to push back my cuticle. The nails are poorly placed. They look outgrown and I just got them yesterday! It's wildly upsetting. I want to enjoy them longer for $60. If she could not reach that part of my nails, or something, I would've adjusted/done anything she asked for a good set of nails. This was my first time here but why would I risk coming back.
