Thanks for nothing! Previous tenant of 406 Burke road Camberwell. We paid the agent 3k to do a sub-leasing the property. Take them 15 months to get few enquires and no result! So we have to pay rent and not using the space as well as the agency fee. Big waste of money (40k+ goes to wasted +Report

You may recall a sub-tenant was actually located by our firm for you, however the landlord's consent was required for the sub-lease agreement, which was unfortunately withheld. This was outside of our control. The costs you paid were not Agency fees, but rather marketing expenses payable to our third party providers for the work they performed, eg property photography.

Destroyed the restaurant business due to the noise.
Deny damage done.
Engaged Acoustic engineer for week testing and found noise heard from shop below was 83 db(A) which is over 33 db over then AS 2107 acceptable internal noise for restaurant.Re: Gorman Kelly leased on 1s ...
