Gorilla Whips

Awesome product with even a better warranty.

Bought 2 short lighted whips, both of them broke inside the mount where the pin holds them in. I sent them pictures as they asked for warranty and they sent me replacements. Great lighted whips and easy to use and install

I bought one of this companies whips which was sent by USPS. The whip never arrived. I spoke with Kelli and was told I would have to wait 15 days before a claim could be filed and Gorilla Whips would do it. To my surprise on the 15th day, Gorilla Whips filed a complaint with the USPS and a new whip was sent to me via UPS. Now that's what I call GREAT service. I received the whip along with the spring mount and it is really nice quality. Thanks Gorilla Whips and Kelli !

Went in today looking for a bolt for my RZR and got what I needed.
This place is very clean and well set up plus the staff was awesome!
I will be coming back to get more of my RZR upgrades.

Bought some regular whips for my kids atv's and they didn't even last one ride! Never bought such a sub par product!

Update - I'm not one just to throw negative reviews up, but I was extremely frustrated. I have to say, Gina responded very quickly and has offered to resolve the issue. The customer service alone goes a long way and I greatly appreciate the quick response. I never intended on ever hearing anything back. I'm looking forward to updating the review with the heavier duty products Gorilla is upgrading the flags too. Thank you advance for the great customer service! Sincerely Josh

Gorilla Whips has been under new ownership for the past year, and have we've been working hard improve every product line. We're happy to replace these for you with a newer flag. I must say I am extremely happy with Gorilla Whips warranty process and customer service! I had to send in a couple of whips for warranty. Gorilla Whips went above and beyond to make me(the customer) happy!!! The ONLY company I'll ever buy from. Customer for life!!!!!! Thank you Gorilla Whips.
