The selection of footwear isn't as small as you might expect with a specialized store like this. I was presented with multiple options for each product they suggested, but never felt pressured into buying any of it.

This was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time and coming from a service oriented industry myself and being nervous about going from the same style vans skate shoes that I have been wearing since I was 12 to a somewhat unstylish orthopedic option was a scary thought, but Kaytlin was absolutely a PRO! I told her about the pain I've been going through and about the products I've been researching online and she was off and running, she analyized the way my feet are through this awesome machine and determined I have high arches (who knew) she then made several suggestions based off of my needs and actually guided me on what I should do to help me down a road to recovery. I am so happy with my purchases and I cannot thank Kaytlin enough for the care and product knowledge and overall kindness and professionalism that she showed me.
