The worst experience ever with buying a new car. Let me first off, start off by saying I bought a 2024 Jeep Compass. Which I absolutely love? Now, for all the issues that started from the moment I walked into the dealership. My spouse set up the appointment. Because our trade in value wasn't his name. He explained that I would be getting there first. In the car, we would be buying would be mine. In the nearly 10 years, we have been married. Every dealership I have gotten to first has talk to me, ask me What exactly I am looking for? Would have showed me around excetra Several dealerships have even had it to where when my husband would arrive the only thing he would have to do would be sign the paperwork. I wish I could say that was the case for this dealership. I was dismissed. Ignored and repeatedly told to go sit down. There's nothing I can do for you now. Until your spouse arrives that should've been my first indication. Not to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The salesman repeatedly stated the time that the dealership closed and repeatedly asked if we could come back another day. Anytime I would try to ask him a question about the vehicle I wanted to purchase. When I finally asked with the time getting so late, if that would hinder the deal. The GM of the store took me into his office. Where I finally started to receive some help Where I finally started to receive some help. When I finally got to take a test drive got less than a block down from the dealership when I was told I needed to turn back around because of the time when I was told I needed to turn back around because of the time. The salesman was not able to fully tell me about all the special features. There was things I asked about, I was told my Jeep did not have and it most certainly does have the features now let's get to the major issue with this dealership. In the State of Ohio a dealership has 30 days to get you your title in order for you to get the car tagged and registered in your name. The dealership did not even obtain my title until 48 days after the initial purchase of the vehicle. And I know this because I called the BMV on day 47 to see what I could do so I could legally drive my vehicle. At which time I was informed that there was not even a title for my vehicle at that moment. We made several calls prior to this, asking about the title. And the only response we would get from anybody. Would be let me find out and give you a call back.. they never called back. We in turn called their title department. And when we would get to speak to somebody would be told that day, did nothing with that type of work, and we would have to talk to somebody else. Who was never in the office. So please use caution if you go to this dealership it could cause a lot more stress than it's worth.Report
Brought car in for service mind u car is under warranty and only had car 4 months said that it was a thermostat!!! Car never overheated it was taken in for a whole other issue charged me 250 deductible total cost $581 when I refused service they wouldn’t release my car unless I paid 210 for a diagnostic??? WTH then paperwork said nothing about what was fixed labor cost or anything!!! I’ll never deal with with these people again and I’ll be contacting better business bureau in the morningReport
