Great service department! I happen to be in Effingham for work when my truck came due for service. Knowing I only had a limited time window, I called Goeckner to see if they could accommodate. Without hesitation they were able to make the appointment and service my truck the very next day.

First time there for service so far very good experience will edit for future experiences

I have bought so many new cars in my lifetime I lost track. I have never had an experience like I have had here. It was amazing. Wonderful. No game playing, no hassle, no hard pressure sales tactics. We bought a new Jeep Gladiator and I called in my credit app over the phone at 9am. That took 10 minutes. Drove to the dealer at 3pm and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. We were in and out with our new vehicle within 30 minutes. I will be back for sure as this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I usually dislike the experience of buying a new car but not here. Just wow!
