Go Subaru Arapahoe

I arrived and one of the techs took all my information, he got me a Lyft to go to my office and my tech Matt sent me a text to let me know my vehicle was ready. The Lyft was already set up for me I just requested the service and driver picked me in less than 5 minutes. Matt prepared the bill and explained the services that were done to my vehicle and walked me to my vehicle, I was really impressed. Subaru service gets better and better

I came in for an oil change and everyone was so professional! I got a mocha from their coffee machine and worked for around an hour on my laptop. The service was very fast, friendly, and luxurious with the coffee machine. I absolutely recommend going here over other places for oil changes!

Took good care of me and my car.

Scott was very helpful from the start. We were in communication for about a month via text and phone while I made the decision to sell my car. The day I wanted to take it in. He made himself available he was easy going, efficient and professional. I would recommend him and would ask for Scott if I go back to this dealership.

Supportive service staff . Improved facility

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is literally right across the street from me and it's a super convenient place to get parts from. But I had my car aligned 4 different times there and my steering wheel still isn't straight and all they could do is circle my off-spec caster and tell me it's not adjustable. I know it's not adjustable but it's off spec, something is bent, even their manager admitted this to me yet they still gave me a car whose steering wheel is not straight. I asked them if they could extract a 12mm bolt that I accidentally broke off from my under carriage doing an oil change. It's really not a big deal, but they can't do that either. Every single time they promise me they'll call back, be it an advisor or the parts department, they literally have never ever called me back. Yesterday I wanted to know how much the front rotors for my car cost, tried the parts department 3 times. I actually called them once and kept getting routed to the wrong person who would then try to connect me to the parts department and would even tell me that there should be someone back there. So they took my number and told me they would call back. I'm still waiting for that call. Tried to talk to the manager and he just sent me straight to voice mail. You guys obviously don't give a damn about your customers so I can go spend all my money for expensive STi parts else where. This dealership is actually garbage. Glad I got my car from a different one.

Went in for 12,000 mile service. The report said the tires were inflated to 38psi. Driving home, I noticed on the onboard display that they registered only around 30psi (about the same as before the service). I even got a dashboard warning the next day of low tire pressure. A manual check confirmed tire pressure of around 30psi. So they didn't actually check/inflate my tires, one has to wonder how much of the rest of the service was actually performed.

We loved working with Jeff. He was very helpful and we found a new Subaru Forester Wilderness that we love. The whole process was painless!
