I am not one to post a review, but they will say/do whatever it takes to get you into the store. The sales manager was kind enough to let me know about the $9,000 markup they have on their new Hyundais. Yes, $9,000 markup for a Hyundai. I have never paid a penny over MSRP for any Hyundai I have ever purchased and they have the audacity to not only waste your time and lie, but to charge a 25% markup. 0/10 would not recommend. There are plenty of other dealers with some integrity and you are better off shopping elsewhere. Thank you Curtis and Vincent for your subpar sales ethics and professionalism.

Back again for routine service. Great service and reasonable price.
This on a car I purchased at another dealer.

Julio Ruiz provided exceptional customer service and has done so for the last three leases I've obtained from Global.

Just having my vehicle serviced that's all.

This is a very dishonest dealership. I brought my car there just for a recall on October 29th, I left it there all day. Angelica Romano, a service advisor calls me and says that I have a leak from a crack on the water pump housing and that the parts had to be ordered. She told me that the parts would be there in 3-5 days, they also did not have the part for the recall and had to order that also. Why did you let me bring my car there if you didn't even have the recall part?? It is now over a month and I have yet to hear back from her. In the mean time I brought my car to Bridgewater Kia, they gave me a loaner, did the recall, and said there is absolutely no leak and nothing wrong with the pump! I will never go back or recommend Global to anyone. They lied to me and were just trying to make money. Would never trust them again to do any work on my car.

Nothing is perfect but they do the best they can to accommodate and deal with situations as they arise. I recently had an issue with an appointment that was quickly handled by the service manager and sales specialist. They made me feel like my issue matter to them and all hands on deck approach really help. Thank you Jim and Julio and the upper management for making customers feel valued.

Worked with Ralph Escobar over at Genesis. He was extremely helpful and very thorough in going over every detail of the car. Have had the vehicle for about two weeks now and couldn't be happier with our decision to give Genesis a shot. Ralph was a true gentleman and made sure the entire sales process went smoothly.

Very friendly staff

I have purchased many cars over the years in many different dealers. This sale was the easiest one I've experienced. I did most of the deal on the phone and Ronald from sales was upfront and honest the entire time. When he was able to find what I wanted at the price I could afford we came to a deal and when I arrived at the dealer everything he told me was exactly as promised. I met the sales manager who was very professional and even the finance person was very professional and thorough. It was a very pleasant experience and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. As a woman going into a car dealer alone I have had my share of unpleasant experiences, so to be treated so well was a relief. I will definitely be back when it's time for a new lease!
