About Glenn John Barras III, MD

A native of Baton Rouge, La., Glenn Barras, MD, graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, New Orleans, La. He began his Family Medicine residency in Memphis, Tenn., at the Resurrection Health Family Medicine Residency Program. He completed his residency at the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Lake Charles, La., through Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. In addition to his expertise in Family Medicine, Dr. Barras, also has experience psychiatry and urgent care family medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Christian Medical Dental Association, and the Louisiana State Medical Society.
