I had a wonderful experience with Sonja. I was looking to lease a new car and she was so patient with answering all my questions. Everyone was so patient and in a time where car dealers have an upper hand, their customer service remained above average.

I went to a Lexus dealer before and their attitude was a little snobby.

I give it 5 stars.

After being completely ignored at another dealership & then being told they had no inventory til next week so, come back then, I called Glenn Thomas dealership. Alex was so courteous, patient & informative on the phone that I decided to go there. He was professional but also personable as we talked thru details. Another rep (Ralph) also helped with questions since I had never leased a car before. Well, I got my new Pacifica that day. Cudos to Alex, Ralph & Kimber for their excellent service!!

I love Glenn E. Thomas, my family and I have purchased all of our vehicles here. They’re family oriented, caring, and friendly! All of my Wrangler’s services are also taken care of by the service department at Glenn! Again, great experiences this far. I’ve owned 3 difference Jeep’s all through Glenn.

I have Dodge Sprinters and Promasters at work and whenever they have service issues, I take them here and the work is always performed in a timely manner. I'm actually closer to HB Dodge but their service is awful. I'd recommend this dealership for all service needs.
