Ryan was great! Arrived right on schedule. Provided an estimate for the job. Replaced all springs, rollers, pins, etc. Great service and same day appointment. Would use them again in an instant!

We called to get an estimate to replace hardware and wire in an old opener that the previous owners left. Nigel came out for the estimate and install within a week. Works great and very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Mike D. showed up as scheduled, explained what was needed and did a great job getting our garage door back up and working like new in about an hour. We are very satisfied with the overhaul that was done and would recommend them to anyone in need of garage repair or replacement.

Dave was amazing. On time, friendly, and effective. Repaired both of my single doors of my two car garage. Great prices! I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for outstanding garage door repairs.

UPDATE: Tommy from Girard's did reach out to me within hours of my review and offered to return my service fee. I would recommend if you did have any troubles with Girard's service, definitely reach out to the main office and ask for Tommy. It definitely seems like they value the customer experience, so if you have any frustrations like I did, it is worth reaching out and letting them know.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend this service because in my experience their technicians were not straightforward or consistent.

We recently had our garage door springs after 10 years break, and we had Girard's replace it with an extension spring system. After they replaced it, I noticed the door wasn't going down evenly anymore. I called them out and they said it was because of the trim not being lubricated enough, so he applied oil to the trim. After he left, the garage door continued to go down unevenly and I just lived with it until visibly it got to be bad.

I called them out again, this time it is the pulley that is the problem. So he replaced it. During both of these services, the technicians did the work without telling me it would cost anything. I assumed it would be covered under warranty (they told me the parts were covered) since it was their work that was causing the problem. Instead, they charged me $75 twice to solve the same problem. Their warranty is really just for show because the parts aren't really that expensive, so keep that in mind, if you are requesting service.

Overall, I just wanted them to be straight with me regarding what things are going to cost before actually doing them, like any traditional business. Just tell me straight that parts are covered BUT there is a service fee of $75. Then, let me decide if I want this service or not. And don't charge me twice for the same problem. If the problem persists, come out and fix it for free because clearly your technician misdiagnosed the problem to begin with. Like I said at the beginning, I don't recommend this service to anyone who needs to get their garage door serviced.

I had an issue with my Garage door and called Girard's a little bit after 5 pm. I got a call back in 25 mins. It wasn't an emergency on my part. The next day the technician showed up at 8 am fixed my issue and gave me a quote for a replacement door. Reliable and Knowleable.

Last evening, my garage door broke & wouldn't close. My dogs stay in the garage when they can't be in the house for some reason or another. I desperately needed the door fixed before night fall. I called & Tommy called me back saying there was no one who could come & fix it. But...Tommy worked his magic & was able to send Jessie out, who promptly repaired it.

This company goes above & beyond for their customers! Thank you Girard's! You are just the best.

I had a weather seal put on the bottom, new springs and cables put on. The door now works great. Came when they said they would. Very friendly and courteous technician. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.
