I want to thank Mr.Garson for assisting me with the purchase of my new car! He made the entire process very comfortable, easy, relaxing and stress free. This was not the first time he has assisted me and it definitely won’t be the last! I also want to thank Mr. Garson for his patience and and all the hard work that was done on my behalf. TERRIBLE SERVICE DPEARTMENT! And you can tell they don't care by the same repeated answer they give on every review. Every single time I have gone to service my vehicle, they have either forgotten something or done something wrong. I bought the oil change + tire rotation package when I purchased the vehicle. The first time I went for the service, they forgot all about me while I waited in the lobby over an hour. I rescheduled, and they forgot to change the tires (I know this because I sat at the window like a hawk watching to make sure they did what was required). I told the manager, and he had them change the tires, but they never crossed them, so I had to drive with a loud noise anytime I went past 60mph. Most recently, I went for service on March 24th.. 2 weeks ago. Again sat at the window, and they didn't cross the tires when rotated. I went to the manager, and he very sarcastically said they can switch them, zig zag them, cross them or anything I want if I ask for it..... do I look like I work there?? That is no way to talk to a customer. For the past week, my car smells like burning.. today, my check engine oil light came on. They had reset to 100% oil on the computer, but when I checked, the oil tank is absolute empty! I ran my fingers on the bar, and they came out clean! I don't know if they do this on purpose or just don't care about their jobs that much. Went under the car, and the filter was loose for the oil tank!! . These people are absolutely irresponsible and useless. Mechanics they are not! I will be escalating this up the chain. If my motor has any damage, it will be their responsibility and at their own cost!Report
