Don't waste your time here. Terrible customer service. Smells like mold and there's bugs everywhere inside. I Called prior to going to see if I can have a starter tested before I committed to buying a $984 before taxes for the price of a new starter. They said yes they could test it. So I drove up to only be told they can only test the starter if it's in the car. So they wanted me to drive a 2019 Mitsubishi outlander that has loads of problems and doesn't even start to the dealership to have to have the starter tested?? I had the starter in hand and they said they couldn't test them unless in the car. What kind of technicians can't test a starter?? Do they not have the right equipment?? No auto parts store can touch the starter because the vehicle is too new and they don't have the data/ part # to test the starter. My second time coming up here for parts/ service and had a terrible experience. Next time I'll just use mission off San Pedro and save myself the hassle.

Tried to add $3000 to my purchase price and said it warranty then mistake . ????. Financial guy was shredding documents as fast as we were talking. Total shady af. Don’t ever buy from them. ????

My husband and I were interested in a used car today. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life as I was at this car dealership. Both salesmen we dealt with treated me as if I didn't exist. They didn't greet me or introduce themselves to me. I was not given a single glance. I am not unkempt, I don't have an unpleasant body odor and I am not disfigured. I am still speechless about this kind of treatment.

We worked with Alberto and Rudy honestly everyone at Gillman will always listen to you make sure its the right fit and will help you get the car you want we will be coming back for years they are phenomenal And took care of us almost as if We were family. I am so happy with the decision of going with Gilman Mitsubishi. Thank you so much.

Let the buyer beware - we should have. When we went to Gillman's we thought we were making a good decision, and my wife was so excited. A few years ago we purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander and I should have realized but didn't, how upside down they were putting us in the car, we now realize as we are trying to purchase a bigger vehicle and when we started looking and went back to them thinking we would try to buy again from Gillman's thinking hey they treated us well the first time maybe we could purchase again. We called to speak with the same salesman, left message after message, after three months no callback from him, other salesmen also spoke to us, no call back, gave them all of our info, told them exactly what we would like and they said oh we can help you we will call back later today or early next week. No call back - crickets. They are good at getting you upside down but after the sale they want nothing to do with you to help you out with another vehicle - unless of course you can put mountains of money on top of what you owe to get a new one. Like I said let the buyer beware they are not - Gillman it's the way to go like I thought - it's Gillman the one you should stay away from not the way to go..

Raul was extremely helpful! He worked overtime to get us the best deal!!! Will be going back for our next car
