I purchased a used Honda fit a month and a half ago and paid cash. The very next day, there was a HUGE puddle of oil under my car. I reached out and they said they would fix it and I brought my car to the dealership and they stated it was a valve cover gasket and that it was fixed. Fast forward to two weeks later, flat tire after I was told the tires are like new. Fast forward 2 weeks after that, car is leaking oil again. I called to see if they’d be willing to help and Brandon said they could diagnose it. Next day, check engine light is on. I brought it down and they looked at it and came back and said they couldn’t find the leak and that the oil is full and I should be good till my next oil change. This is the worst possible situation I could be in, with being a single Mom. I really trusted these people and don’t know what to do to ensure I have a properly functioning vehicle to get my daughter to daycare. 😭 The check engine light is a misfire code, I have a feeling it was cleared before the vehicle was sold to me.Report
Guys were initially friendly but when we got to negotiations about car prices they would not move at all especially with the car needing new tires, battery, wipers, and a cigarette smell which they said was caused by one of their employees. Overall unprepared to sell the car.Report
Bought a used Honda civic here from Raul and was told it passed Gillman Honda’s multi point inspection. They bleed the clutch, changed brakes and oil etc. A couple days after the transmission won’t go into reverse. On inspection the reservoir had clear fluid, but when bleeding the slave cylinder it was muddy fluid. The dealership just changed the fluid in the reservoir…smh laughable. We ended up having to change the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. That’s when we noticed a bolt was sticking out near the belt. We changed the belt and the belt tensioner then found out that two bolts were broken in the engine for the passenger motor mount bracket. Do not get a used car from here, their “multi point inspection” is crap and they lie about what repairs they did. If you want to get a used car from here just be prepared to drive it straight to a real mechanicReport

Rude, lying , belittling and had no good answers to my questions. 350 dollars and my car didn't even start the next day. They denied any responsibility for the service they billed for. No warranty for their work. No offer to bring it back and fix it right. Called Mistubishi customer service line. Finally talked to someone? I was given a complaint notification case number. No tracking. It's been over a month.
Called the Corporate office in Houston. I was told me they were aware of the SELMA MISTUBISHI LOCATION and it's substantial problems. That location doesn't even have a General Manger.
I would strongly recommend, to anyone considering having any service done there? Just don't do it.
I'm a 68 year old mechanic and know what they did and didn't do, as they claim. More to follow.
