I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dealership’s service department. First, they failed to check my battery during an inspection, and it died just two weeks later. Then, they flushed my coolant but forgot to replace the liquid, nearly causing my car to overheat. To top it off, I recently took my car to Discount Tire after getting a nail in my tire, only to find out that my tire treads were dangerously worn—something this dealership should have warned me about.Report
Their lack of thoroughness and attention to detail is completely unacceptable. I trusted them to ensure my car was in good condition, but instead, I was left dealing with avoidable issues that could have been dangerous. I would not recommend their service department to anyone looking for reliable, professional work.

Purchased a brand new Mitsubishi in 2022. The whole touch screen display has gone out and called to see if it’s under warranty. I was told 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. Since I don’t drive 13,000 miles a year which is a totally unrealistic number, I am totally screwed on getting it fixed. Thanks a lot Gillman Mitsubishi! You can bet that I WILL NOT be recommending you to anyone in our vast military circle. I am highly pissed and very disappointed in your customer service.Report
