Carol saved the day and the deal. Troy worked well with us for an OTD price on a used car, but didn’t line up for what I wanted in the end. I was about to walk out and Carol offered a new vehicle to look at while my trade-in got re-valued. Since the DEPT that had the second key for the car was closed for the day,, Jair personally delivered the second key to my home on the very next day.

Daniel Tanner in service was great! He helped me trouble shoot solutions to my old 2007 pilot that needed a key lock and remote replacement. When the initial solution didn’t work he went the extra distance talking to his shop foreman about the issue. I came back the next week after he told me about the possible fix. I was there no time at all today when the new key and remote replacement was ready. Much appreciated!

The Best New Honda Purchase Experience Yet!
?We recently bought a new Honda Pilot Elite from Carlos at Gillman Honda, and this was, without a doubt, the best buying experience we’ve had from a Honda dealership so far.
?I texted Carlos in the morning telling him what we were looking for, and he had two models pulled up and waiting for us. He took great care of us, even while managing two sales at the same time. We already had pricing settled upon arrival, so we just had to pick which model to go with—we liked the Elite.
?Carlos had an unexpected client show up, so Mr. H smoothly stepped in as the "front man." Mr. H showed us the cars and helped facilitate and fast-track the purchase (thank you, Mr. H!) so we didn't have to be there until sunrise.
?Ricky in Finance got us the great rate we expected in today's environment and showed us the warranty options with not a single bit of pressure.
?I almost forgot Shawn in Accessories! He quickly swooped in to show us the options. We thought they all seemed fair, except for the trailer hitch and wiring, where I thought I was getting worked over since I hadn't done my research ahead of time. However, the next day, I hopped on Honda parts and priced it out, as I have always done this type of work in the past. Sure, they made a couple of bucks, but it was honestly fair. I feel good about the dealer installing it because the foot motion detector for the hatch has to be relocated and a different sensor installed, and now that is covered under warranty, too.
?The sales side has set the bar high, and I hope that the service side lives up to these expectations. We have bought three new Hondas, and this was the best purchasing experience so far. We will be doing business with them again in the future—but hopefully not for another decade or 300,000 miles plus, as we like to run the wheels off our vehicles! Hondas are up for it and give you no issues other than normal maintenance, which we are sticklers for.
