Was looking for a car Management says, "The car is set to arrive any day now. Keep in mind, once the vehicle arrives, the price we quoted you will go up by $2600. " No explanation as to why. I contact GM. No response I will not do business this way.

God really blessed me today. He sent some amazing people to help my son and myself! TJ (Tariq Kassam) could see the defeat in my face when I showed up, he was even was waiting for me at the front doors when I showed up. I had spent all morning crying because my car no longer was reliable and would have cost me an absurd amount to fix. That being the ONLY vehicle to get us around. I figured “great, I can’t afford another car, not to mention car salesmen are just here for the money.” NOT with TJ. He had me out the doors so fast with the biggest smile and a brand new 2024 Honda WITHIN my price range!! TJ sent me to his teammate Abraham Lopez with financial. He helped me understand where every penny was going, explaining every detail. He was honest about the best steps for me on what would be needed or not. Never once did I feel like he was trying to “up-sale” me. I feel secure knowing I will never have to feel as scared as I did this morning if something goes wrong again. I’ll wrap it up, I could say so many more wonderful things about this team! Thats exactly what they are a team! They treat you as if this happened to them. Thank you to everyone. Don’t buy the extended warranty. (I may be the only one dealing with this)

1.) it’s not free, you will have to pay a deductible or taxes and fees on any rims and tires they replace for you. Or they are gonna sell you the most expensive tires they have just so that the extended warranty you pay for, it just won’t cover the whole cost.

2.) if you need to replace over 1 tire the extended warranty place will have you there all day giving you the run around so they won’t have to change it. And since they start the repair before it’s approved you are left with spending x amount of dollars or with no tires if it doesn’t get approved at the end.

3.) the extended warranty company is biased to the money. They assumed I was lying about having nails in my side wall . I life in Alamo ranch close to Medina county. This is constant road construction and constant housing developments in the area. People get flats left and right. The worker told me it just seems to rare for both tires to have nails in the side wall.

They had me waiting for 6 hrs on an approval or disapproval that never came.

This is my first time ever buying and extended warranty and it’s definitely not worth it.

The dealership its self is good but the extended warranty company is the biggest down fall.
