Love this dealership! Never thought I would enjoy taking my vehicle to the shop but the few times I've needed them Acura had made the whole process smooth, personalized, and efficient while I enjoy tea or an espresso drink in the comfortable waiting room. Low stress and organized environment unlike my previous Toyota dealership. Everyone at Acura is friendly and professional. Their prices are fair and they patched my tire for free this time and even washed and vacuumed my MDX as a courtesy. Blown away!

Outstanding service!

The dealer referred me to Enterprise next to them to get a loaner car since my service time in the shop was at least 3 hrs. Went to Enterprise and waited 40 minutes to get the car. The car smelled of cigarettes and was not very clean. Would not recommend that Enterprise location. Poor customer service.

As far as Acura service, it was average. The rep was nice and knowledgeable which is what you would expect. Waiting/seating area is small. No desk area to sit and work while waiting (if needed). I was there for a recall repair and oil change and tire rotation.

The service department at Naples Acura is highly professional. They deliver what they promises and they respect your time. This makes me more confident in my purchase from the sales department.
