The ordering process was very simple. Breanna was always easily available for help as well. My carpet came quickly, and I was able to get it installed rapidly. I’m very happy with the design. It looks great in my Mid Century Modern Office/Study/Lounge. I can’t wait to get the furniture in. Thank you!

Terrible experience, I would never do business with them again and I would advise everyone to avoid them. Had to wait over a month for our flooring and they never notified us that there would be a delay; I had to reach out to them to check on the status. When I did check, they shifted the blame to the manufacturer. At that point, they asked if I wouldn't mind waiting, to which I said I wouldn't. That was my first mistake in trying to be nice to a small business post-pandemic. I should have cancelled then and there. While we continued to wait and the next "arrival date" came up, I reached out again as they were radio silent on their end. Same song and dance in shifting the blame to the manufacturer. Finally, we got an "arrival" date. I called the logistics company to confirm that the flooring would be at the promised delivery location of Elizabeth, so I didn't waste an hour and fifteen minute trip. The logistics company tells me that the vendor, Georgia Carpet, gave them the wrong delivery location of Allentown and that it would have to be shipped to Baltimore first, before coming back to Elizabeth for, at least, another 3-4 day wait...assuming it didn't get lost in transit. (Mind you, we live in NJ and the manufacturer is in NJ. Wouldn't it have been awesome if they had suggested that I just pick it up at the factory?) In the meantime, I call Georgia Carpet back and speak with 'Breanna', who is the absolute worst, thin-skinned, and rudest customer service rep I've ever dealt with. Hung up on me when I dared to raise my voice that I had already paid and still didn't have my flooring. Threw it back in my face that I was nice enough to not cancel and tell them I would wait for the order. First class all the way right? When I called back and told her that I wanted to cancel my order, she essentially gave me the run around, told me I 'agreed' to this delay, and then, the best part, that she reached out to the logistics company and that my delivery was scheduled for the end of the day, at Elizabeth! When I called her out for lying to me, she hung up again. Again, first class customer service at it's best. I called the logistics company and told them that I would drive the hour and 45 minutes out of my way to pick up the flooring myself (glad I paid that shipping price). In the meantime, on my drive out to the warehouse, 'Breanna' is sending emails to the "claims department' saying that I had "side conversations' with the logistics company and I wouldn't be allowed to pick up my flooring...THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint on their shady business practices and my credit card company for my 'shipping charges.' STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Mr. Jarvis, My name is Ryan Vaughn. I am the president of Georgia Carpet Industries. I would like to apologize for the delay in your order. I would like to note that we informed you of the delay, gave you the expected eta of your order and offered you the opportunity to cancel the order at that time. You declined to cancel the order at that time. As far as Breanna hanging up on you. I do not apologize you were yelling so loud on the phone that people across the office could hear you. Breanna was doing her best to help with the situation as she was not the salesperson of record for your order. The people I work with are like family to me and I take offense to you yelling at them. If it makes you feel better to yell at a young woman about a time frame you agreed to maybe you should talk to someone about anger management. Below is a copy of the emails about the delay. If you have any further issues you are welcome to contact me. Sincerely, Ryan Vaughn From: Melanie Arredondo Date: Thu, Dec 29, 2022 at 3:42 PM To: Dennis Jarvis Good afternoon Dennis, I just got off the phone with Mannington to check the status, and they have pushed it back. The news is that we would receive this on January 18, and you would receive this on January 26. I apologize that they don't tell us this or update this on the order sheet. We only find out when we call them. I can cancel this order if you'd like since it has yet to be shipped to us. You would get the refund and not have to pay for any restocking fees or if you'd like to wait for the material until then. It is entirely up to you. Would not recommend - I had ordered my flooring several weeks in advance and was given a window of a few days where delivery would be targeted.

The flooring didn’t come for another ~10 days…the flooring was for my rental in another state so it’s going to cost me additional time and labor to get the flooring installed given the delay.

Extremely disappointed and will not use for future business.

In response to the note below - that’s the problem - I was invoiced and paid for the flooring on December 10th.

Mr. Blair, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cost you. I looked into your order to see if there were any issues in shipping time. The material was ordered on the 20th of December a Wednesday. The manufacture was closed the 23rd a Friday and 26th of December a Monday. We received the material on December 27th and shipped your order out on the 27th. I am not sure what time frame you were given or when you received the product from the freight company. From the time frame I see I did not see any delays from that stand point. If you have time I would like to hear more details about the order and see how we can prevent any issues in the future. My email is [email protected]. Sincerely, Ryan Vaughn

This company is awesome! We ordered 9,000 SQ feet of carpet squares from them. They were a $1.00 a SQ foot cheaper than anyone around. They were able to get the carpet and ship it to us within 10 days. Super fast and very easy to work with. We will definitely order from them again! Couldn't recommend them enough!
