I have never been treated so good at any dealership. Ralph the service manager is the greatest. Bobby is right there with him. All the way to the sales manager to the finance lady. They did everything they could to get me in my new truck. Which by the way is Awesome. It’s a certified used truck by going from a 2006 Ford to the 2020 BIGHORN 1500 has been very exciting for me. Honest review, 10 years ago there was definitely room for improvement at Genes in the service department. As of recently, I have never been happier with the support and immediate response from the service department. My personal experiences with their service department has been outstanding. Sincerely, where can you have a significant issue with your vehicle nowadays and get in within 2 weeks, nowhere! Genes has locked me in for all of my purchases because of their professionalism, timeliness and empathy for people having transportation issues. Yes, vehicles are expensive, but thats not their fault, focus on their support, which is outstanding. Highly recommend!
