It took them seven hours to do an oil change and to tell me the noise coming from my engine was non-existent. They then proceed to tell me everything was taken care of before giving me my vehicle back. Nothing was actually taken care of because they had to order parts for the issues I had already diagnosed meaning another appointment had to be established. If my car wasn't under warranty I'd never come back.
