Primary reason for Service was to replace the front passenger door lock actuator. That was done, but was not tested properly before releasing the vehicle to me. Door lock functioned but could not open the door, apparently there was a connecting rod not back as should have been. Service Adviser, Jesse did a good job of getting it right back to a technician and testing correctly and all was fine after that.Report
