Dave who works at the front lies and is not an honest person. I rented a truck from then and he promised to adjust the price after drop off. That never happens and now a month later he is saying that he can not do that.Report

Gator Storage Uhaul replied on Wednesday, September 2nd 2020At time of rental customer asked if price adjustment could be made, told him would see what could be done at return, explained that adjustment had to be done by UHaul, request had been made several times for adjustment, we can not adjust price.

The customer service and compassion used in this location is tremendous! Definitely an original ,a kindness you don't find everywhere. Even if you have one closer to you,I recommend driving out of your way to come to this Leesburg location! They're worth the trip.Report

During a time of layoffs and a bill due tomorrow the owners suggestion was shed give 5 days to get rid of a like half of our stuff and move to a smaller and cheaper unit. How ridiculous and terrible advice.Report
