I would give zero stars if I could. I have never had the service that I have had recently. I have 3 cars that they service for me. I am extremely disappointed in the services I have received for the past few visits. I have brought my truck to be serviced several times in the past few months. The first time they changed my oil along with a tire rotation, they left the key on the lug and the lug was loose. This is a safety concern. I discovered it a week later, after I had been driving it on the highway and several other places for a week. Once this was brought to my attention I had to tighten up the lugs myself. On my next oil change, on November 24th, I reminded them that they left the key on the lug and it was loose last time. They assured me that this would not happen again, but that was not true. This time they lost the key to the lug. Once this was discovered I took the truck back to the dealership and they reported that they could not find the key. They told me that they would order another key and to leave the truck at the dealership for it to be put on the next day, but this did not happen. They refused to give me a loaner even though I had to go to work. I was called to pick up the truck and was told that the part would not be in until the following week. It has been a month since they have ordered it, or said they ordered it, and no one has contacted me thus far. I'm still riding around with no key to the lug lock. If I was to have a flat tire, I wouldn't be unable to change the tire due to not having a key for the lugs. Which would cause me to have to call to services, which would be an additional cost to me for no reason. This is very frustrating, because I have wasted my time, took off from work, and wasted gas only to still not have the key for the lug. I have been as patient as I can be but enough is enough and something needs to be done about this ASAP.

Robert the Service department manager has no communication skills. I had to follow up with him several times about a warranty issue. I know it has been 50 years or so but The good ole boy Tim needs to be retrained on customer service skills. Both act like they were being put out doing their job duties. It doesn't matter where I bought the vehicle from you are GM dealership so honor it and quit acting like your doing me a favor after spending 115k on 2 cars

Had a great experience at this dealership recently. Chris Williams was a fantastic sales rep, he made the process easy and really worked to earn the business compared to other organizations I have worked with in the past. Leudy Pichardo the finance manager was also a breeze to work with and gave us a great rate as well as went to bat for us to seal the deal. All in all, everyone won! I would definitely recommend this dealership and these two professionals if you're in the market for a new car!

In this day and time, I was pleased to have an awesome experience purchasing a car. My salesperson, Tay Grice, was very attentive to my needs, understood my situation, respected me as a person AND as a customer. I had done my research on this vehicle and requested online for a test drive today. They were expecting me and respected my time. Former Abernethy Chevrolet owner- glad customer service is back- even in a "pandemic".
Will recommend to others.

Tay did a great job getting me in a vehicle quickly. He was constantly ahead of the process with paperwork and communication. Great job! I will definitely buy here again with Tay. Also, the GM was very professional and grateful for my business. It is tough to find dealerships that are looking for more than just your money but also your business. It was a transformational process not just transactional.
