Gastonia Cadillac

Had a 9:o'clock appointment for a simple oil change, no tire rotation or anything else. 10:30 I am still waiting. Why bother with an appointment? They have raised the price by $20 since my last oil change too. I will find a new place to service my vehicles and one the appreciates it's customers.

Awesome services and sales department.

Ask for Chris Williams! He is a joy to work with. Took the time to answer questions, knowledgeable, Truecar pricing, and no high pressure. Finance department was the same. Bought a car April 9th, had a small issue and service department fixed quickly. All around good dealer with good people. Shopped around three other Cadillac dealers in state, and wish I started with McKenney.
