Auto repair, including transmission work, is performed by many companies in this area. As we all know, shopping for service is far different than shopping for groceries. Courtesy and integrity of an automotive service company is essential. Since we opened Gary's Auto Service and Transmission in 1982, we have always strived for excellence in these areas. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We have been members of the BBB for over 20 years. In1996 we built our current facility â€” a 10,000 square foot building on Blaze Industrial Parkway in Berea. There are 9 of us with eight lifts and the most up to date equipment ready to serve. Most of us have had over twenty years of experience in auto repair service. We are highly qualified and experienced in virtually all areas of automotive repair on virtually all makes and models.

Since 1982 our specialty has been diagnosis and repair of automatic and manual transmissions and transaxles. We are one of the major suppliers of rebuilt units to many auto service centers in Cuyahoga, Medina and Lorain counties. Many of our patrons have used us for over 20 years. We offer a standard 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on virtually all rebuilts. We also offer extended warranties.

Most transmission problems involve minor repairs only. We don't sell you more than you need. We try to be as accurate in diagnosis and "upfront" quoting as possible. We do not try to lure you in by quoting low or simply telling you we can save you money. Our initial transmission related diagnostic procedures are inexpensive. We aim to please. We would like to be of service to you and all those you recommend for years to come.
