This is my first time accident and I was very scared and physically hurt. after speaking with the insurance I felt that I had no options and I could not afford medical treatment.

I called a few law firms and Gary Martyn Hays and associates were the only one that called me back.

The wonderful lady Jacqueline listened and treated me like a person and not like a customer.

They helped me to get physically better and not to worry about the medical bill.

The paralegals, attorneys and all the stuff truly care and got out of their ways to assist me on every matter. They truly show respect and care.

I have no worths and I can not thank enough to everyone.

I reached out this morning by chat and then received a very prompt call back by Terri. I know I have a case because I have worked in this industry for years. I was told by Terri who was technically very nice they she spoke to Gary Martin Hays, himself, who advised he would not handle my matter without any effort to discuss or offer of a reason why not. I already have an attorney for part of my multi-layered matter but needing to know if an additional or different attorney might be needed.

The employees and attorneys at the Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates were very friendly and willing to assist in any way they could. They were extremely knowledgeable and walked me through processes that were not familiar to me and answered the questions that I had. I would highly recommend them as they were professional, organized, and very responsive to my questions and concerns.

My wife and I are so glad we called this number after our accident. Gary came through for me when my truck was totalled by a guy who tried to get out of it. Gary and his firm was the only attorneys in Atlanta that would handle, not only the case against State Farm, but also handled my truck too. Most attorneys do not want to get involved with personal property. Gary and his firm went above and beyond to help me when I was going through the accident and other personal problems. His firm is not only professional, but sympathetic to your problems. They worked with me through the pandemic with video calls so I wouldn't have to drive to their office. I can't say enough good things about them. I will highly recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time using a law firm to fight for me and my accident and they did not disappoint. They handled everything professionally but had a sense of friendliness that made me feel comfortable and confident in them.
