I literally went there to see the cars and signed for one the same day! Angel Quintana was our sales man and so far he has gone above and beyond. Plus I’m enjoying my car so much I get the whole cult vibe from Subaru now lol!

The service I received was very professional and courteous. Abigail was as very helpful and knowledgeable.

I want to thank everybody from the car salesman to the car manager to the front desk clerk to the detailed to the auto technicians. I went in thinking it was just another dealership. Let me tell you I was wrong. Went there I think September 2024, was looking for a WRX I was not only surprised by how fast the car salesman came to my aid but how fast and hassle free the process was. I would recommend this dealership to anybody unless on a tight budget. Same day I was approved bought my dream car. Thank you everybody your work is not unnoticed. If I could choose any dealership from El Paso it would not be Honda by Lee Trevino or south desert or Toyota poe not be Acura hell no it would be SUBARU EL PASO !!!! Yes I have bought cars in all these dealerships.

I am extremely upset with my recent experience at this dealership. We were seriously interested in a vehicle and went ahead to provide our contact information before they even opened to make sure we had a chance to see it. As soon as they opened, the salesman Edgardo promptly called us. We told him we wanted to come in that same day to see the car and potentially buy it. He said he would check with his manager and get the car ready, then text us when it was available to view.

Later, Edgardo told us the car would be ready at 4 p.m. We live 45 minutes away, but we were willing to make the trip. By 3 p.m., we were getting ready to leave and had even cleaned out our car because we had mentioned our trade-in, which Edgardo said they’d look at. As we're literally about to head out the door, Edgardo texts us (not even a call!) to inform us that the car had already sold.

I am beyond upset about the time we wasted and the poor communication from Edgardo. If we had been told earlier that someone else was looking at the vehicle, we wouldn’t have been so upset. Instead, we were strung along, wasting our time and effort for nothing. This lack of transparency and consideration for our time is completely unacceptable.

Future buyers should be aware, you could be investing time and effort just to be blindsided like we were.

Test drove a Subaru, Salesman was helpful and showed me what I wanted to look at. They had a promo test drive and receive $50

This was our first experience buying from a dealership and it was game changing. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and transparent. When we let them know our budget and what we were looking for, they really worked with us and got us into the car that we wanted. The entire process was painless and stress free. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will always refer people to Subaru in the future. They have great warranty plans and other options to think about and they are very transparent about the benefits and pricing. The bathroom is also insane! It’s so nice and clean.

Subaru was kind enough to provide a courtesy vehicle while my car was in the shop. They were quick repairs so I had the courtesy vehicle for less than 24 hours. However, I just received a bill for 30 days of use and a $500 charge. Not sure how El Paso Subaru failed on a normal customer service transaction this poorly and I am extremely disappointed.
