Great experience. A kind gentleman helped me online to schedule an appointment for service the next day. Our service advisor (J. R. ) was knowledgeable and helpful in getting our car fixed. I really liked the software program they used to keep me informed on my phone about what was wrong with our car, and how much it would cost to repair it. Very high tech—first time I have experienced that. Nice job Subaru El Paso !

Just bought a Subaru Outback, and it was a complete joy to work with Carolina and Rick, they are true professionals I every sense of the word. Carolina made the buying experience fun and enjoyable, and Rick made the Finance portion painless. They use the brand name to sell the cars, not pressure or hard ass tactics like other dealers in El Paso. This is second car we have bought from Carolina and both times was a joy. I really love this Dealership they are nice and knowledgeable about their product. Would I recommend them to a friend or family member? You bet I would in a.heartbeat. Thank you Subaru of El Paso.
