I am extremely upset with my recent experience at this dealership. We were seriously interested in a vehicle and went ahead to provide our contact information before they even opened to make sure we had a chance to see it. As soon as they opened, the salesman Edgardo promptly called us. We told him we wanted to come in that same day to see the car and potentially buy it. He said he would check with his manager and get the car ready, then text us when it was available to view.

Later, Edgardo told us the car would be ready at 4 p.m. We live 45 minutes away, but we were willing to make the trip. By 3 p.m., we were getting ready to leave and had even cleaned out our car because we had mentioned our trade-in, which Edgardo said they’d look at. As we're literally about to head out the door, Edgardo texts us (not even a call!) to inform us that the car had already sold.

I am beyond upset about the time we wasted and the poor communication from Edgardo. If we had been told earlier that someone else was looking at the vehicle, we wouldn’t have been so upset. Instead, we were strung along, wasting our time and effort for nothing. This lack of transparency and consideration for our time is completely unacceptable.

Future buyers should be aware, you could be investing time and effort just to be blindsided like we were.

This was our first experience buying from a dealership and it was game changing. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, and transparent. When we let them know our budget and what we were looking for, they really worked with us and got us into the car that we wanted. The entire process was painless and stress free. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will always refer people to Subaru in the future. They have great warranty plans and other options to think about and they are very transparent about the benefits and pricing. The bathroom is also insane! It’s so nice and clean.

Subaru was kind enough to provide a courtesy vehicle while my car was in the shop. They were quick repairs so I had the courtesy vehicle for less than 24 hours. However, I just received a bill for 30 days of use and a $500 charge. Not sure how El Paso Subaru failed on a normal customer service transaction this poorly and I am extremely disappointed.

Subaru El Paso is fantastic! They listen to my concerns, keep in contact with me about the status of my vehicle, and the employees are friendly and professional. I’m especially grateful for Jorge and Hector, who both took care of me on my recent visit. They both answered all my questions with knowledgeable information and positive attitudes. I appreciate Subaru El Paso for their wonderful customer service!

Shopping for a car, as a woman, is intimidating....Austin and Rick at Subaru El Paso made it easy. I never felt like they were trying to screw me over, like I feel at other dealerships. Thank you for working with me and for being professional.

Friendly, timely, and I feel like their work is good. They do often try to upsell a variety of other options, but other than that, I have no concerns.
