I had a great experience at Ganley. Beaver was awesome!! I've been looking for a Jeep for a year and found the perfect one at the Aurora location. Beaver helped work with me on the vehicle, he was patient and trusting. Definitely made me a comfortable with my decision. Love my Jeep Wrangler!

Welp, this amazing team has done it again. I went in today for a service appointment and just so happened to fall in love with a gorgeous Rubicon on the show floor. What we love about this team is that everything down to the final decision is in your control as a customer. So easy going, honest, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile to not only make you happy but to keep it that way. There's not a single person on this team (regardless of the department) who isn't willing to chip in to get the job done. Matt in the service department, Dan on the deals and education behind the vehicles, Adrienne and Kenny and Bobby with their calculator brains... you name it. Top notch all around. Even when other guests get demanding and disrespectful (Eric, if you're reading this you did not deserve to be spoken to that way whatsoever) the professionalism and willingness to find a reasonable solution has no contingencies. There's a reason my husband and I drive from Downtown Cleveland all the way out to do Aurora to do business with this bunch. We couldn't be happier and look forward to working with them again soon!

Original Review, 8/2019: Hands down one of the best car shopping experiences my husband and I have ever hand. The staff are so personable and it is evident that they truly have your best interest in mind. Not only did Dan (the best sales dude on the planet) allow us all the time we needed to ask questions, discuss options, AND experience first-hand how each vehicle felt, he allowed us the grace period we needed to get all of our details in order. The GM BJ is the standard of what all GMs should be- friendly, accommodating, and VISIBLE. The finance QUEEN Adrienne really made us feel like our time and money was important to her and took the time to help us find the best options for us. We thought we'd just got lucky with how pleasant and knowledgeable Dan was, but honestly, the whole gang is just a class act. We are grateful to have stumbled upon this dealership.
