My rearview mirror was broken off during cleaning at The Auto Spa in Gambrills, MD. Three days later I have yet to hear back from them as to when/where/how my mirror will be repaired. Very poor customer service. Also, once the mirror was broken they stopped cleaning the interior of my car and did not refund the cost of the cleaning. I will not go back. There is an excellent car wash in Severna Park I've heard that I will try next time.Report
